Cancellation Policy

To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage this schedule and accommodate every client. IF YOU ARE LATE more than 15 minutes you will incur a $25 late fee and/or be cancelled. We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, being tardy or not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges. When booking an appointment with Hannah, a deposit is required to secure your slot. This deposit is non-refundable absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients. The deposit may be transferable in the event the appointment is cancelled in the appropriate time listed in the cancellation policy. In the event of a no-call no-show your card will be charged for the FULL amount of the service cost and you may not be allowed to rebook a future appointment. Please ensure to communicate any changes to your appointment with your stylist prior to the time of the appointment.
